Who we are

This site is operated by [Legal entity name: to be added before launch]. Contact: [contact email: to be added before launch].

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We collect it only when you submit the form, to reply to you.
  • Telegram or email: if you message us there, that service processes your message under its own terms.
  • Analytics: only if Google Analytics is configured on this site and you press “Accept” on the banner. If you decline, or the banner does not appear, no analytics load.
  • Your browser: we store your cookie choice (“vc-consent”) in local storage so we do not ask repeatedly.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address and request details to deliver and protect the site.

What VIC does with what you type

While VIC is the guided finder, what you type is matched in your browser against pages on this site and is not sent anywhere. If we connect a server-side assistant, this page will be updated to say what is sent, to whom and how long it is kept.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry, to run and secure the site, and, only with your consent, to understand which guides are useful.

How long we keep it

[Retention period for enquiries: to be set before launch.] Enquiries you send us are kept only as long as needed to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the address above. You can withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing this site’s local storage in your browser. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Third parties

Guides and workflows link to third-party tools. Those services have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them. Where a link is an affiliate link it is labelled, see the affiliate disclosure.
